Tier Two: Add $15:  Brunswick Plantation, Cape Fear National, Carolina National, Panther’s Run, Pearl East, Pearl West, Sea Trail Maples, and Whispering Pines.

Tier Three: Add $25: Crow Creek, Farmstead, and River’s Edge.
